At KitsuneVerse Merch Store, all products are made-to-order using high-quality print-on-demand fulfillment through our production partners (including Printful). This allows us to offer fresh, custom-made items while minimizing waste.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Because our store uses print-on-demand production:

Fulfillment time: Most items take 2–7 business days to be created, printed, and packaged.

During peak seasons or high order volume, fulfillment may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times begin after fulfillment is complete.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, customs checks, global logistics, and holiday seasons. Once an order leaves the fulfillment center, transit delays are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

Some products ship separately if printed at different facilities.
4. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking when available.
Some international shipping partners may not scan packages consistently, especially during customs processing.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Packages returned to sender due to customer error
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is any issue with your order (wrong item, damage, print error, etc.):

Once verified, we will issue a returnless refund or replacement in accordance with our Returnless Refund Policy.
You do not need to return the item.

10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as fulfillment has not begun.
Once printing starts, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
